Jump Rope!

Go outside and jump rope. This is the perfect weather to go outside. As adults we tend to look at how our day appears to go,and we flow with it. Don’t be moved by what you see. You need to keep moving. Speak to a neighbor. Smile! Take your kids to the park. It’s a sunny day!! Don’t stay indoors.

As adults we tend to move with our busy schedules and think about: what’s next, appointments, events, and selfish needs. We should go outside more. By jump roping, we exercise ourselves. We work on our arms, bones, and the heart.

When you do jump rope, you’ll fill a rush of adrenaline taking over your whole body. It’s good for the arms, heart and bone muscles.
